Depending on how many books you order and the weight of these books, all orders are either sent via Royal Mail Second Class or DPD. 

When a brand-new, exciting book is published, there are a minimum number of prints required, meaning publishers and authors need to estimate how many to will be sold to customers and retailers. On occasions, not all these books sell at the time they are released and therefore we are offered these at low prices allowing us pass these great savings on to you and stop beautiful books ending up in landfill.

If you have seen the book you would like in the ‘Last Chance’ section, it is highly likely that we will not be getting any more of that book back in unfortunately. However, should the book fall into another category, please send us a message or email orders@thereadinggiraffe.co.uk and we will do our very best to see what we can do for you.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, please do get in touch and we will investigate it for you.

Please double check there are no spelling or grammatical errors in your email address and password. 

Most of the time, failure to login is due to a forgotten password. Please follow the instructions on the login page to reset your password.
