99% of our books arrive safely and bring pleasure and knowledge to the purchaser, the school, the parent, the teacher or the child but unfortunately 1% do not. Sometimes they are bent, wrinkled, crushed or marked along the way and therefore, they didn’t make the cut!

This may include a bent corner, a ruffled page or three, a spine with a dent, a sticker or mark that we believe shouldn’t be there. We do however, believe these are very minor and wouldn’t affect the reader enjoying the book at a discounted rate.
